This website grew out of a simple idea: that life doesn't always arrive neatly labelled. Sometimes the contents really do shift during transit.
For many years I measured life by crises, deadlines and keeping everything moving. These days I'm learning something quieter: how to build a life that feels less about surviving and more about living.

One day it struck me that those six words describe people just as well as cardboard boxes.
None of us arrives unchanged.
Life moves us. Sometimes gently, sometimes all at one.
We lose people, discover unexpected strengths, receive diagnoses we never saw coming, recover from things we never imagined surviving, and occasionally find ourselves starting again from a place we never expected to be.
From the outside we may look much the same.
Inside, though, the contents have shifted.
This website is where I'm slowly unpacking them —carefully, honestly and, whenever possible, with a sense of humour.
If anything here helps you feel a little less alone on your own journey, then opening the door was worth it.

Some stories are deeply personal.
Others simply begin with an ordinary moment—a walk with Freya, a conversation over coffee, or something that quietly changes the way I see the world.
I don't write because I have all the answers.
I write because words have always helped me understand the questions.
